What is AFCAR?

AFCAR is a private coaching and leadership development firm established to enhance the capability of professionals from diverse cultures enabling them to take on leadership positions in Canadian organizations.

AFCAR is a learning and development experience designed to maximize potential of emerging leaders; driven individuals who are prepared to take the time to reflect about and strengthen their capabilities, to develop a vision of their own future, and to set goals to achieve it.

AFCAR is an initiative structured to assist people of diverse cultures and, in particular new immigrants, not only to find meaningful employment but more importantly to effectively manage their careers within the Canadian workplace.
